The Darrell's Barrels Story

Darrell Renaud, owner of Scouttech Outfitters had a problem. His customers were seeking high quality food-grade barrels for canoeing, hiking, camping and other adventures.

The barrels available to him in Canada were of questionable quality, made by unknown entities in China,  and sold through unreliable importers. 

Darrell began a quest to seek out high quality, food-grade barrels that were worthy of his customer's needs. He eventually discovered a high-end, reliable manufacturer based in France, who could make barrels to his exacting standards.

Today, Darrell's Barrels is the premier brand of barrels and barrel harnesses in Canada and is proud to serve outdoor adventurers from coast to coast to coast.
